The proposed Charlotte’s Law would mean that convicted murderers would not be eligible for parole until they revealed the location of their victim’s body.

The law is called for following the murders of Charlotte Murray and Lisa Dorrian, in both cases the bodies have never been recovered.

Charlotte’s Law is up for debate in the Assembly this Monday 28.09.20
