For some time I received messages from Virgin media requesting the return of their equipment. Messages both in the form of emails and texts. None of which had a reply option.
Despite having already returned the equipment the messages continued along with the threat of being billed if the equipment was not returned. The messages have now stopped.
For the piece of mind of their customer it would have been appropriate for #VirginMedia to acknowledge that they have now indeed received the equipment. No such assurance has been received.
On 29 April I left Virgin Media who proclaimed We’re really sorry that you’ve decided to leave Virgin Media. We’ll do all we can to make sure your disconnection goes smoothly”.
I was still making payments by 16 July, yes! I could spend many more hours on the phone but decided instead never to darken their door again.
