Don’t think anyone will disagree with the content of the poster and whose responsibility it is.
However, having a walk along Seacliffe Road last night I felt Council could do better given the amount we pay in rates. The bins are emptied twice a day but even given the increase in take away waste due to the current restrictions I felt its been a while since the bins were serviced.
Timing is all important, if the bins are emptied morning and noon/early afternoon then that would miss the potentially busy evening period. Perhaps Council should reevaluate its service times or perhaps add an additional service.
If residents act responsibly and bring their waste to bins avoiding the mentioned £80 fines then surely Council itself should act responsibly and make the necessary provision.
